How it Works

Dash n' Dine is a meal prep kitchen and while personal chefs are a great luxury, few of us can afford their high prices. That's where our meal assembly service comes in! We help busy families prepare meals in a fraction of the time. All you do is choose your menu, pick your session date and time, then bring a cooler to transport your meals home the day of your session and we take care of the rest.

To get started

  • Place Order Now: Click the button in the left column of our website.
  • Assembly, Appetizer, SWEAT Approved, Pick-up, or Delivery. Select your type of order.
  • Calendar: Select a date and time that works for you.
  • Menu: Select your entrées and sides.
  • Verify your order.
  • Sign in or Register (your order will be retained).
  • Checkout: Proceed to checkout!

Each main entrée is large enough to satisfy four to six people. We also offer half portion entrées that will satisfy two to three people. Additionally, we offer a pick-up and delivery service for your convenience.

When you arrive, you simply go from station to station, assembling meals according to the easy-to-understand instructions, wrap and label your meals and take them home. It's a quick and easy way to prepare your family's meals from days to weeks in advance. And always on hand is our friendly and knowledgeable staff to lend a hand.

Each month we offer 11 new recipes. With each recipe you can choose full portions (4-6 serving each) or half portions (2-3 serving each) depending on your family size. We have seven stations including chicken, pork, beef, fish and pasta selections. Plus, we have a breakfast and Mexican station that is always on the menu for 5 additional recipe options.

Notes on your Session

  • Bring a cooler to transport food home.
  • If you are bringing a helper, you must contact your scheduler to confirm there is room in the session.
  • For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 12 attend.

Rules of Conduct

For the safety of you and your family, it is very important to read our Rules of Conduct. If you have any questions regarding these rules please contact Dash n' Dine.

  • I understand the importance of food handling and agree to keep all dinners below 40º F while in storage and I will reheat all dinners to an internal temperature above 165º F when ready to eat.
  • I understand the importance of following the baking instructions specified on all meals.
  • I will promptly freeze my Dash n' Dine meals following the conclusion of my session.
  • If I have, or have been exposed to any colds, flu or other illnesses, I will call to reschedule my session.
  • I will not resell my meals or use them for commercial service.
  • I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my Dash n' Dine meals.
  • I agree to release Dash n' Dine from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Dash n' Dine meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Dash n' Dine.

Rescheduling of an In-House Session

We understand certain situations arise which may require you to reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a 48 hour notification and would be happy to reschedule your session within a two week period. If you are unable to come in for your session and would prefer us to assemble your meals for pick-up or delivery please give us a call. All sales are final.

Rescheduling of a Pick-Up

If you are unable to make your pick-up reservation, we'll be happy to deliver your order for free or reschedule a pick-up time.

Rescheduling of a Delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, not a problem! We will call you, and send you an email. We'll be happy to deliver your order at a time convenient for you and your family.

These policies allow Dash n' Dine to continue to offer you healthy and nutritious entrées at the best price. You are our customer and our top priority. Please call, email, or stop in and we can work something out with you.
